How enquiries are sent
Quote requests submitted on this website are processed by our Cloudflare Worker endpoint (/api/quote) and delivered by email (via Cloudflare Email Routing) to our office/assistant inbox, which is hosted by Grok Bot. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you directly. If automatic delivery fails, the form offers a mailto / copy fallback so you can email us directly from your device. We may also process submissions via a form-to-email provider (such as Web3Forms) if that delivery path is configured. Do not include special-category data (e.g. health details) unless we specifically ask and it is necessary for the job.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us run email, hosting, or communications (e.g. Cloudflare for the website, Workers, and email routing; Grok Bot, which hosts the office/assistant inbox that receives quote requests; and, if configured, a form-to-email provider such as Web3Forms)
- Professional advisers or insurers when required
- Authorities if the law requires it
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, deliver the service, and meet accounting or insurance requirements — typically up to 6 years for completed jobs unless a longer period is required. Website logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.
